As part of our experienced Studio, you will collaborate with PMO, Artists, Game Mathematicians, Game Developers, and Test Engineers to build high-impact games. What You'll Do

• Analyze game requirements in collaboration with business collaborators.
• Develop mathematical models for Class 3 & Class 2 slot games, including calculating probabilities and documenting game mathematics using Excel-based templates.
• Write simulations to verify game math and ensure compliance with jurisdictional requirements.
• Apply C programming language (or equivalent) to check game mathematics and simulate gameplay.
• Review math test plans and results to ensure games meet target market compliance.
• Build engaging new game concepts that captivate players.
• Measure key performance metrics, focusing on game quality and time to market.
• Work cross-functionally with engineering, art, production, and business teams to successfully implement game builds.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mathematics or B.Tech in Mathematics & Computing with 1+ years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in statistical modeling and advanced Excel skills.
• Strong expertise in Probability Theory and statistics.
• Excellent data analytics skills.
• Experience with programming languages such as C, C++, or Python.
• Strong interpersonal skills for effective team collaboration.
• Self-motivated, fast learner with outstanding communication skills across diverse teams.
