We are seeking a Galvanizing Specialist for one of the world's larges suppliers of irrigation products! In this role, you'll be at the forefront of our processes, ensuring that our products are not only durable but also environmentally friendly. Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain galvanizing equipment to ensure efficient and safe production.
• Prepare metal surfaces for galvanizing by cleaning and removing contaminants.
• Rack products in a way that will not compromise the coating of finished products.
• Monitor and control the galvanizing process to meet quality standards.
• Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on equipment to prevent downtime.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean working environment.
• Document production data and report any discrepancies to management.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in galvanizing or a related field is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in a manufacturing environment.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.
