What You’ll Do

Some roles we hire freelancers for:

Visual/UI Design

  • Visual/UI Design teams work with a passion for design and knowledge of Figma and other collaborative design tools. This team is responsible for designing and shaping amazing user-centric products and experiences.  The ideal candidate will be passionate about crafting beautiful and functional user interfaces in a collaborative environment.

UX Design

  • UX Design teams work from Research and Discovery to UX Strategy, translating research and strategy work into amazing customer experiences through UX Design deliverables such as user stories, customer journeys, app or website blueprints, user flows, wireframes, and functional specifications. Projects consist of a wide variety of experience working on all types of interesting UX problems, from small experiences to large app or website designs.

Copywriting

  • Copywriting teams work collaboratively with Art Directors, Designers, Creative Directors, Strategists, UX Designers, Producers, and other team members to successfully bring digital marketing campaigns to life through storytelling, concept development, and SEO. Copywriting teams manage the execution of copy for multiple media including websites, mobile, social, video, and emails.

Creative/Brand Strategy

  • Creative/Brand Strategy teams act as subject matter experts that offer robust perspectives and strategic thought leadership on key client engagements. They are key players in marketing, digital, and brand experience transformation for a diverse portfolio of clients that ranges from Fortune 100 brands to mid-market and growth-oriented companies. We are building a team of hybrid strategists who are as conversant in user experience as they are in business, brand, and marketing strategy.

Content Strategy

  • Content Strategy teams develop digital content strategies that are centered around audience needs, driven by data, and designed to solve business challenges while generating results for some of the world’s biggest brands. This team is challenged to create new approaches to how the agency thinks about, produces, and activates content programs and experiences for our client’s websites, apps and social media programs. Working side-by-side with other iCrossing discipline leads and cross-functional teams, Content Strategists help evolve how we create amazing Customer Experiences (CX) for our clients.

Who You Are

  • Demonstrated experience in a digital marketing agency or consultancy, or its equivalent workplace.
  • Proactive collaborator and expert who can inspire others with the latest trends in your area of expertise.
  • Passionate about digital transformation, digital ecosystems, the latest MarTech solutions, and digital design.
  • Skilled with advanced conceptual and problem-solving, with the ability to optimize solutions for the best possible outcome.
  • Capable of building robust and trusting relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Able to prioritize and manage multiple milestones and projects efficiently.
  • Excellent written and interpersonal skills.
