• Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines and quality standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding project updates and challenges.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in furniture upholstery and sewing.
• Strong understanding of various fabrics, materials, and upholstery techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret patterns and design specifications.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Basic knowledge of sewing machines and upholstery tools.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certification in upholstery is a plus.
