What We Are Looking For

The ideal candidate brings a mix of the following qualities, skills, and equipment:

Key Traits: Good people skills, a clear background record, and basic smartphone knowledge.

Technical Skills: Mechanical aptitude and furniture repair experience (wood touch-up,

upholstery, sewing, mechanisms, or troubleshooting). Paid training is provided if you are the right fit!

Requirements: Reliable transportation and basic furniture repair tools (staple gun, sewing kit, basic hand tools, and cordless power tools).

About the Position and Our Company:

The Legacy: We are a stable, national service company in business for over 30 years. We partner

with top retailers like La-Z-Boy, Macy’s, and Ashley Furniture to handle their in-home customer care.

The Benefits: This is a full-time, W-2 employment position. We offer comprehensive insurance options, paid vacation, and paid holidays.

The Freedom: You will work independently right from your own vehicle (which we pay you for). Your day starts directly from home using our mobile app to see your schedule. You will complete your stops, fill out quick digital reports, and head straight home when your last stop is done. We do not carry, deliver, or haul furniture.

Paid Training Program: We invest heavily in your success. You will start with local ride-along

training. Next, we fly you to our premier training facility in Pittsburgh, PA—with all airfare,

rental cars, hotels, and meals fully covered. We will teach you the fundamentals of wood,

leather, upholstery, and power-motion repair.

Proven Support: Our technicians average 10 stops per day (about 30 minutes per call). Best of all, every single one of our managers started in the field, so you will always have a support system that truly understands your job.
