What You'll Do

• Assist in the operation, monitoring, and control of heat-treating equipment
• Load and unload furnaces, fixtures, baskets, bins, and materials for processing
• Follow work instructions, shop travelers, and customer specifications
• Inspect work and communicate any equipment or production concerns to leadership
• Support team members and production operations as needed
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
• Handle customer materials with care to prevent damage or loss
• Follow all company procedures, quality standards, and safety guidelines

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Reliable attendance and ability to follow instructions
• Willingness to work overtime, weekends, or alternate shifts when needed
• Ability to obtain and maintain forklift certification

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods in an industrial environment
• Frequent bending, stooping, reaching, pulling, and lifting
• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds
• Comfortable working around heat, noise, humidity, and industrial equipment
• Ability to effectively communicate and follow written and verbal instructions
