Key Responsibilities (Top 5-6)
- Notifies Marsh Operations Manager of safety issues and/or accidents immediately
- Communicate effectively in group situations and with workers to accomplish goals.
- Oversee daily operation of the cranberry cleaning station and fresh fruit plant, including receiving, screening, separating, drying, and quality-grading processes.
- Competent with production tracking systems, scales, lot coding, and inventory recording.
- Maintain optimal flow of fruit through the cleaning system and fresh fruit plant to meet production targets.
- Develop and manage preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs.
- Develop and manage the maintenance budget; control costs and track KPIs.
Position Requirements:
- Three plus years of previous related agricultural experience preferred.
- Experience with food safety programs (HACCP, GMPs, SQF, or equivalent).
- Capable of troubleshooting mechanical issues and coordinating maintenance.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and an insurable driving history.
- Must have good written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
