As an integral part of our operations, you will be responsible for working with fiberglass reinforced plastics (FRP) to create, repair, and maintain various products and structures. ## Responsibilities
Fabricate and assemble FRP components according to specifications and blueprints.
Perform repairs and maintenance on existing FRP structures to ensure longevity and performance.
Conduct quality control inspections to ensure all products meet industry standards.
Utilize various tools and equipment safely and effectively in the production process.
Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve production issues.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote safety and efficiency.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to FRP technology.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in FRP or related field is a plus.
Proven experience as an FRP Technician or in a similar role.
Strong understanding of FRP materials and manufacturing processes.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
