Individually Quick Frozen (IQF) Operators (Frost) must be able to withstand working in an overall temperature range of -40F to +100F (a minimum of 2 years' work experience in high speed manufacturing required, ideally in frozen or refrigerated manufacturing areas)

Start up and shut down operations

Rice transfer, ensuring correct recipes for processing, salt blends, freezer operation, packaging operation, shipping and receiving operation, warehouse and sanitation practices

Operators are expected to be able to run and troubleshoot all pieces of equipment in the production, packaging and shipping/receiving area

Operators will be responsible for sanitation, quality, safety and efficient operation of all equipment in each assigned work area

MFO must have at least 2 years’ hands-on experience working on a manufacturing floor in a high speed operation

Work 12 hour shifts, flexible to work day or night, spending most of the time standing (starting shifts likely will be 4 pm — 4 am (alternating shifts — Week 1 (4 days), Week 2 (3 days)
