• Collaborate with team members to coordinate tasks and improve efficiency.
• Keep accurate records of materials handled and equipment usage.
• Assist in training new operators on equipment operation and safety practices.
• Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to management promptly.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Proven experience operating front end loaders or similar heavy machinery.
• Valid driver's license and relevant certifications for operating heavy equipment.
• Strong understanding of safety regulations and best practices in construction or industrial settings.
• Ability to work in various weather conditions and physical environments.
• Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
• Basic mechanical skills for equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
