Responsibilities

  • Operate and monitor foundry equipment to ensure efficient production processes.
  • Assist in the preparation and pouring of molten metal into molds.
  • Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet specifications.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols.
  • Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve production issues.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Document production activities and maintain accurate records.

What You'll Do

  • Operate production and foundry equipment safely and efficiently
  • Assist with mold preparation and casting processes
  • Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met
  • Maintain a safe and organized work area
  • Work with team members to solve production challenges
  • Follow safety procedures and quality requirements
  • Learn new skills through on-the-job training

What We're Looking For

  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Manufacturing, warehouse, machine operation, forklift, or production experience is helpful but not required
