Foundry Operator – 1st & 3rd Shift

Available Shifts

1st Shift: 6:00 AM–6:00 PM

3rd Shift: 6:30 PM–6:30 AM

Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday & Sunday

Week 2: Wednesday & Thursday

Work only 7 days every 2 weeks, averaging approximately 42 hours per week with built-in stretches of consecutive days off.

What You'll Do

• Operate advanced industrial vacuum furnaces

• Work with Equiax, Directional Solidification (D.S.) and Single Crystal furnace technology

• Perform furnace setups and changeovers

• Work with coils, melt coils, susceptors and related foundry equipment

• Monitor furnace operations and production processes

• Accurately record required production and process data

• Follow SOPs, engineering specifications and safety procedures

• Maintain quality and meet established production goals

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

What We're Looking For

• 2–3+ years of industrial furnace operating experience preferred

• Foundry, casting, heat-treating or similar industrial experience strongly preferred

• Experience operating industrial equipment in a high-temperature environment

• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability

• Ability to follow detailed procedures and production specifications

• Strong attention to safety and quality

• Dependable and able to maintain reliable, on-time attendance

• Comfortable working 12-hour shifts

Additional Requirements

• Zero-tolerance policy for tardiness during the first 90 days

• Must meet applicable U.S. export-control eligibility requirements

• Must complete required pre-employment background check, physical and drug screening

• High school diploma/equivalent preferred; relevant experience may be considered
