Responsibilities

• Prepare and mix raw materials according to specified formulations and procedures.
• Conduct quality control checks to ensure consistency and compliance with product specifications.
• Maintain accurate records of formulations, batch numbers, and production processes.
• Collaborate with the R&D team to develop new formulations and improve existing ones.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the mixing and blending area.
• Adhere to safety and regulatory guidelines throughout the production process.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving any production issues that arise.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant technical training or certification is a plus.
• Previous experience in formulation, mixing, or blending in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions.
• Basic understanding of chemical properties and safety protocols.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to lift and move heavy materials as needed.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including overtime when required.
