Reach Truck Operator

Location: Mansfield, MA

Job Summary

We are seeking a dependable and safety-focused Reach Truck Operator to support warehouse operations. This position is responsible for safely operating a reach truck to move, locate, stack, and count merchandise while maintaining accuracy and productivity in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate reach trucks to pick, transport, and store materials throughout the warehouse.
• Load and unload products from high racks and various storage locations.
• Accurately pick orders using RF scanners or pick sheets.
• Perform put-away, replenishment, and inventory movements.
• Conduct daily equipment inspections and report maintenance or safety concerns.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas.
• Assist with general warehouse duties including packing, staging, labeling, and material handling.
• Follow all established safety procedures and warehouse policies.
• Meet productivity, quality, and accuracy standards.
• Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous reach truck operating experience required.
• Valid forklift/reach truck certification preferred; willingness to obtain certification may be considered.
• Ability to work a flexible part-time schedule.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and safely work at heights.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.

Work Environment

• Warehouse environment with high-racking systems.
• May require working in varying temperatures.
• Frequent standing, walking, lifting, bending, reaching, and equipment operation.
