Forklift Operator / Inventory & Warehouse Associate

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Forklift Operator to support daily warehouse operations. This role combines hands-on equipment operation with basic computer and inventory responsibilities. The ideal candidate is comfortable navigating warehouse systems, maintaining accurate records, and safely moving materials throughout the facility.

Responsibilities:

• Safely operate sit-down, stand-up, cherry picker and electric pallet jack forklifts to load, unload, move, and stage materials

• Perform inventory counts, cycle counts, and verify stock accuracy

• Use warehouse management systems (WMS), scanners, or basic computer applications to track incoming and outgoing inventory

• Assist with shipping and receiving tasks, including labeling, verifying orders, and updating system records

• Maintain clean, organized work areas and follow all safety guidelines

• Identify discrepancies in inventory and communicate issues to supervisors

• Support general warehouse tasks as needed

Requirements:

• Do you have 1 year of recent experience operating the reach, cherry picker, sit-down and electric pallet jack

• Ability to use computers for data entry, order tracking, and inventory updates

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy, especially with inventory handling

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods

• Familiarity with scanners or warehouse technology is a plus

• Inventory control or cycle count experience is highly desirable

You should be proficient in:

• Forklift Licensed
• Basic Computer Skills
