Forklift Operator/Warehouse Support

Pay Rate: $15-$17/HR based on experience

Position Type: Temp-to-Perm

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM

Position Summary

The Warehouse Associate supports daily warehouse operations to ensure the accurate, efficient, and timely handling of HVAC materials. This role is responsible for receiving, storing, picking, packing, forklift operating and distributing products while maintaining a safe and organized warehouse environment. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced team setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, inspect, and verify incoming shipments.
• Pick, pack, and stage customer orders for delivery or customer pickup.
• Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through proper documentation and organization.
• Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment as needed.
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
• Assist with cycle counts, inventory audits, returns, and stock replenishment.
• Follow company procedures for material handling and inventory control.
• Support warehouse team members and other departments as needed.
• Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.

Qualifications.

• Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, or material handling experience preferred.
• Forklift experience Required.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds on a regular basis.
• Dependable, punctual, and capable of working independently or as part of a team.
• Basic computer skills for inventory management and order processing.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

• Frequently lift, carry, push, and pull materials up to 50 pounds.
• Stand, walk, bend, kneel, and reach throughout the workday.
• Operate warehouse equipment in a safe and productive manner.
