Compensation: $23.25/hr plus shift differential

Principal Accountabilities:
- Operating forklifts
- Operate and troubleshoot robotic palletizer and other production equipment in a safe and efficient manner to produce quality product
- Perform line changeovers as needed
- Order raw materials as needed
- Supply packaging materials as necessary to own area as well as other areas
- Put Trash/Cardboard away (dispose in trash compactor/carboard bailer)
- Cross train in all areas as needed
- Understanding and adhering to all safety rules and regulations
- Maintaining a safe and clean work environment
- Other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications:
- Right to work in the U.S. that is not based solely on possession of a student visa or a visa sponsored by a third-party employer
- Cargill requires employees be a minimum of 18 years old to work in a production facility
- Ability to understand and communicate in English (verbal/written)
- Basic use of a computer
- Ability to work in varied indoor and outdoor conditions which may include heat, cold, dust, loud noise, etc., with the use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Ability to work in elevated areas (4 feet and above)
- Ability to perform physical job duties which may include bending, lifting up to 50lbs, kneeling, climbing, crawling, and twisting, with or without a reasonable accommodation
- Prior experience operating forklift
- Ability to work overtime, weekends, and holidays with advance notice
Preferred Qualifications:
- Basic experience troubleshooting various mechanical components and systems
- Experience working in a production related work
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
