Shift: 2am-10am

Location: Split between 76th Location and 60th Street location!


This position is primarily responsible for executing the logistics functions at various facilities. This includes the coordination, organization/inventory of both raw materials (RM) & finished goods (FG), and all other customer orders and jobs requested by Lead or Logistics Management. This position is eligible for our monthly, and quarterly bonuses!


Essential Duties and Responsibilities including the following:

  • Ensure inventory accuracy of Raw Materials, Work in Process, and Roll Goods.
  • Prepare, organize, and maintain all Logistics reports and records.
  • Maintain, organize, and coordinate the movement of Roll Goods though facility (using FIFO methods, as required).
  • Prepare Roll Goods for shipment to customers (domestic and international) using the appropriate methods, forms and/or documentation.
  • Complete and verify all documentation and forms (receipt, inventory, or shipment related) are accurate and completed on time.
  • Keep the warehouse (and facility) clean, organized and efficiently maintained.
  • Load and unload trailers, trucks, and containers in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Contact freight companies (and drivers), as well as, use customer software to coordinate dock appointments and fill information into dock schedule.
  • Coordinate and communicate with production teams (on all shifts) about daily warehouse plan.
  • Coordinate and communicate with Customer Service on issues and solutions, as needed.
  • Interact with 3PL on orders status, inventory, etc. as needed.

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Prior experience working in a continuous production process is preferred.
  • Prior experience working in the printing, paper production or paper converting industries is preferred.
  • Prior experience in material handling preferred.
  • Minimum of three years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
