APEX Placement and Consulting has partnered with an exciting company in Wixom, MI looking to add a Forklift Operator to their already amazing team. Their primary responsibility will be to safely operate a forklift to move, load, unload, and organize materials throughout the facility. Keep reading for more details! What your day will look like:1. Operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment safely and efficiently

2. Load and unload trucks and move materials throughout the facility
3. Stage products and materials for production or shipment
4. Inspect equipment before and during use and report any issues
5. Maintain an organized and safe work area
6. Follow all company safety policies and procedures
7. Assist with general warehouse and material-handling duties as needed
8. Accurately complete required paperwork or inventory documentation

What we are looking for:1. 2+ years of previous forklift experience required

2. Ability to safely operate a forklift in a warehouse or manufacturing environment
3. Good attention to detail and safety awareness
4. Ability to lift, push, pull, and move materials as required
5. Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
