Pay: $20–$22/hour

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 6:30 AM–3:00 PM

Location: Saint Paul, MN

Full-Time

We are hiring an experienced Forklift Operator to support shipping, receiving, inventory, and material movement in a manufacturing warehouse.

At least 1 year of stand-up forklift/reach truck experience is required. If your forklift experience is only on a sit-down forklift, you will not qualify for this position.

What You'll Do

• Operate a stand-up forklift/reach truck safely and efficiently
• Load, unload, move, and stage materials
• Receive incoming shipments and move materials to staging/inspection areas
• Inspect incoming shipments for damage or missing materials
• Pull and deliver materials to the production floor
• Pick, stage, and organize inventory
• Support shipping and receiving operations
• Prepare and maintain shipping documentation
• Accurately tag and track materials
• Assist with inventory and stock requests
• Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse
• Support additional warehouse duties as needed

Requirements

• 1+ year of stand-up forklift/reach truck experience — REQUIRED
• Previous warehouse experience
• Shipping and receiving experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Comfortable using basic computer systems
• Able to safely lift and move materials as required
• Good communication skills
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to work safely in a fast-paced warehouse environment

Previous experience with computerized shipping systems, MRP/ERP software, or Microsoft Office is a plus.
