We are seeking an experienced, safety-focused Forklift Operator to join our shipping team in Prince George, VA. This position involves operating forklifts and Combilifts to load, unload, and stage materials in a fast-paced outdoor shipping yard.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Operate standard forklifts and Combilifts to safely load, unload, and transport materials.

• Load insulated panels, crated panels, and palletized accessories onto flatbeds, Conestoga trailers, box trucks, and other vehicles.

• Follow safe side-loading procedures and assist with securing and tarping shipments.

• Organize and stage products to maintain efficient shipping operations.

• Take clear photos of completed shipments for documentation.

• Help maintain a daily shipping volume of 15–17 trucks, with higher-volume days exceeding 25.

• Rotate between equipment, assist teammates, and maintain a clean, organized work area.

• Attend daily meetings to review schedules, workloads, and assignments.

Requirements

• 3+ years of manufacturing experience in shipping.

• 3+ years operating forklifts, Combilifts, or similar mobile equipment.

• At least one full year of continuous employment within the past three years.

• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.

• Strong understanding of equipment operation, load handling, and workplace safety.

• Dependable, safety-oriented team player with strong attention to detail.
