Schedule: 1st 5AM-3:30PM, 2nd 3PM-1:30AM, 3rd 11PM-7:30AM

Job Overview

As an E-Coat Forklift Operator, you will operate forklifts and manage the movement of materials in a busy production environment. This role is critical to supporting operational efficiency and safety while adhering to company policies.

What You’ll Do

• Safely operate forklifts and maintain equipment
• Follow and enforce safety rules and policies
• Perform regular inspections of equipment
• Conduct inventory control and scanning activities
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace

What We’re Looking For

• Previous forklift experience
• High School diploma or GED
• Able to pass a sit-down forklift assessment
• Able to pass a written forklift assessment
• Strong attention to safety and detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication skills
