Forklift Operator – 1st Shift

Location: North Kingstown, RI

Shift: 1st Shift

Pay: $22.00/hour

Schedule: Full-Time

We are currently seeking an experienced Forklift Operator for a full-time, 1st shift opportunity in the North Kingstown, RI area. This position will be responsible for safely operating forklift equipment to move, load, unload, and stage materials throughout a warehouse/production environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts to move and transport materials throughout the facility
• Load and unload trucks and trailers
• Move and stage pallets, products, and materials
• Receive and put away incoming materials
• Pick and prepare materials for production or shipment
• Maintain accurate inventory and material locations
• Perform general warehouse and material handling duties as needed
• Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements

• Previous forklift operating experience required
• Experience in a warehouse, distribution, or manufacturing environment
• Comfortable loading/unloading trailers and moving palletized materials
• Ability to safely operate material handling equipment
• Ability to lift and move materials as required
• Reliable attendance and transportation
• Ability to work a full-time 1st shift schedule

Pay: $22.00 per hour
