Job Overview

We are currently seeking a dependable and experienced Forklift Operator to join our team in Irving, TX (75061). This position works in a fast-paced construction materials environment handling products such as post-tension cable, rebar, and other building materials. The ideal candidate will have forklift experience, a strong safety mindset, and the ability to perform physically demanding work.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate forklifts to load, unload, move, and stage materials
• Handle construction materials including post-tension cable, rebar, and related products
• Assist with material organization, inventory movement, and yard operations
• Perform routine equipment inspections and report any issues
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures
• Work effectively with warehouse and production teams to meet daily goals

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of forklift operating experience
• Experience working with construction materials is preferred
• Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy materials throughout the shift
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts and overtime as needed
• Comfortable working in a warehouse and outdoor yard environment
