Holland Sharpe is seeking experienced Forklift Operators to join a growing manufacturing team in Clarksville, TN. If you have forklift experience, a strong work ethic, and are committed to safety, we'd love to hear from you.

Position: Forklift

Shift: Days and Nights

Pay: $21.50 or $23.50

Location: Clarksville, TN

Responsibilities

• Operate a forklift safely to transport materials throughout the facility.
• Move finished and unfinished products between production, storage, and shipping areas.
• Load and unload trailers and raw materials as needed.
• Remove scrap, waste, and recyclable materials to designated locations.
• Perform daily forklift inspections and report equipment or safety concerns.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow all safety procedures and operating guidelines.
• Assist with other warehouse or production duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of recent forklift operating experience.
• Current forklift certification or the ability to become certified.
• Ability to safely load, unload, and transport materials.
• Strong attention to safety and detail.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Mechanical aptitude is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in a manufacturing environment.
