Elective Staffing is currently hiring experienced Forklift Operators for a fast-paced distribution warehouse in Byhalia, MS. We are looking for dependable, safety-minded individuals with recent experience operating Double-Deep Reach Trucks, Dock Stockers, and Walkie Riders.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a Double-Deep Reach Truck, Dock Stocker, and Walkie Rider.

• Pick, put away, replenish, and move inventory throughout the warehouse.

• Retrieve product from double-deep rack locations accurately and efficiently.

• Load and unload trailers while maintaining inventory accuracy.

• Use RF scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) to complete transactions.

• Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance concerns.

• Follow all safety policies, procedures, and productivity standards.

• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

• Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of recent experience operating:

  • Double-Deep Reach Truck

  • Dock Stocker

  • Walkie Rider

• Previous warehouse or distribution center experience required.

• Forklift certification preferred.

• Experience with RF scanners is a plus.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.

• Excellent attendance and reliability.

Requirements

• Must be able to lift 50–75 lbs.

• Must pass a forklift skills evaluation.

• Must pass a background check and drug screen.

• Must be authorized to work in the United States (E-Verify).

• Reliable transportation required.
