• Position:Forklift Operator
• Shift: 2nd Shift & 3rd shift
• Location: Romeoville and Bolingbrook IL.
• Pay Rate: $21.00, $21.58, $22.83/hr based on experience/shift

Total Staffing Solutions, powered by Total Talent Resources, in partnership with a well-known distribution company in Romeoville, IL, is seeking reliable and motivated 2nd Shift and 3rd shift Forklift Operators to join their growing team!

This is a performance to hire opportunity on the following shifts:

• 2nd shift (2:30 PM – FINISH), $21.00/Hr.
• 2nd shift (2:00 PM - 10:00 PM), $21.58/Hr.
• 3rd shift (10:00 PM to 6:00 AM), $22.83/Hr.

The ideal Forklift Operator must have at least 1 year of hands-on experience operating the Cherry Picker or Sit-Down and Stand-Up Reach Forklift.

Forklift Operator Job Duties:

• Accurately pick or putaway products based on customer orders.
• Ensure all picked items meet order requirements for quantity and quality
• Safely operate warehouse equipment including cherry pickers, sit down and stand up reach forklifts.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to support a safe and efficient warehouse environment
• Work closely with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals

Forklift Operator Requirements:

• 1 year of Forklift experience is required in a warehouse setting
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Must have basic computer literacy skills
• Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed
• Must undergo a background check, drug screening, and E-Verify verification
