Forklift Operator – 2nd Shift

Pay: $21.00/hour (includes $1.00/hr. shift differential)

Schedule: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM, Monday-Friday

Location: Aurora, IL

Job Summary:

We are hiring an experienced Stand-Up Forklift Operator to join our 2nd shift team. You will operate a Stand-Up Forklift (Raymond or Crown), Cherry Picker, Turret Truck, Hand Jack, and other warehouse equipment to move, store, and retrieve materials safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Operate Stand-Up Forklift and other material handling equipment

• Pick, store, and transport parts and supplies

• Maintain a clean and organized work area (5S standards)

• Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines

• Assist with additional warehouse tasks as needed

Requirements:

• 1-2 years warehouse experience

• Stand-Up Forklift experience required

• Ability to lift over 30 lbs and stand for 8+ hours

• Comfortable working in hot and cold environments

• Steel toe shoes required on Day 1

Preferred:

• Experience with Raymond or Crown forklifts

• Knowledge of SAP

• GED or High School Diploma preffered but not required.
