Forklift Operator (Industrial Mixing & Material Handling)

Shift: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Pay: $20.00/hour

Location: Richmond, VA

We’re seeking a reliable, safety‑focused Forklift Operator to support a busy industrial production environment. Although the role is titled Forklift Operator, this position is hands‑on and involves mixing, batching, and preparing industrial materials according to established formulas and quality standards.

What You’ll Do:

• Operate a forklift to move drums, totes, and raw materials throughout the facility
• Measure, blend, and mix chemicals or liquid materials following detailed batch sheets
• Monitor mixing equipment, temperatures, and production processes
• Stage, label, and transfer finished batches for packaging or storage
• Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant work area
• Complete basic documentation for inventory and production tracking

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in an industrial, manufacturing, or production environment
• Comfort working with liquid materials, formulas, or mixers (preferred but not required)
• Ability to operate a forklift safely (certification is a plus — or willingness to be trained)
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and handle physical, hands‑on tasks throughout the shift
