Forklift Operator – 1st & 2nd Shift

Location: Ashland, VA

Pay: $18–$20/hour (based on experience)

We are seeking reliable, safety-focused Forklift Operators to join a fast-paced warehouse operation in Ashland, VA. Openings are available on both 1st and 2nd shift, offering flexibility to fit your schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment to move, stage, and stack materials.
• Load and unload trucks while verifying product counts and ensuring proper handling.
• Perform daily forklift inspections and report maintenance or safety concerns promptly.
• Follow all safety guidelines and standard operating procedures.
• Support inventory accuracy and keep warehouse areas organized.
• Work closely with team members to meet daily production and shipping goals.

Qualifications

• Forklift experience required; certification preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Ability to lift, move, and handle heavy materials throughout the shift.
• Dependable, team-oriented, and safety-minded.
• Prior warehouse or manufacturing experience is a plus.
