Forklift Operators Needed for Immediate Hire!

Location: Richmond and Ashland, VA

Pay Rate: $18.00–$20.00 per hour

Shifts Available: 1st and 2nd shift

Job Type: Permanent hire opportunities

We are hiring experienced sit-down and stand up forklift operators along with reach truck and cherry picker / stock picker operators for permanent positions. These roles offer stable schedules, competitive pay, and the opportunity for long-term employment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate a forklifts and material handling equipment to transport materials throughout the facility
• Load and unload trucks in compliance with shipping and receiving procedures
• Stage, stack, and store materials in designated warehouse locations
• Pull materials from warehouse and pack and sort items
• Perform shipping and receiving functions
• Follow inventory control processes and material handling guidelines
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Support general warehouse operations as needed

Qualifications:

• Prior forklift experience in a warehouse, distribution, or manufacturing setting
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical job duties throughout the shift
• Strong commitment to safety and workplace procedures
• Reliable attendance and ability to work assigned shift
