Forklift Field Service Technician – Tri-Cities, TN

We're looking for a skilled Forklift Field Service Technician to join our team serving the Tri Cities area (Johnson City, Kingsport, and Bristol). This is a field based role where you'll work directly at customer sites, keeping material handling equipment running at peak performance.

What You'll Do

Diagnose, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on electric and internal combustion forklifts and material handling equipment at customer facilities throughout the region. You'll troubleshoot electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systems, manage parts and inventory on your service vehicle, and build lasting relationships with customers through reliable, professional service.

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of experience servicing forklifts, heavy equipment, or industrial machinery
• Solid understanding of electrical systems, hydraulics, and mechanical components
• Ability to read wiring diagrams and technical service manuals
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Self-starter who can manage a daily route and work independently in the field
• EPA 608 certification or related credentials a plus
