We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Forklift Driver who is also bilingual to join our team in Fairfield, CA. In this role, you will play a crucial part in our operations by ensuring the safe and efficient movement of materials within our facility. Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
• Load and unload materials from trucks and containers.
• Transport materials to designated areas within the facility.
• Conduct routine inspections of forklifts and report any maintenance needs.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with stock checks.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors in both English and Spanish.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
• Assist in training new staff on forklift operations and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid forklift operator certification.
• Proven experience as a forklift driver in a warehouse or industrial setting.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects as needed.
