Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Forklift Operator in the Raleigh area with strong skills operating stand-up, sit-down, and cherry picker forklifts. This role is ideal for someone who is safety-focused, reliable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse or distribution environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate stand-up, sit-down, and cherry picker forklifts safely and efficiently
• Pick, pull, and stage orders accurately using RF scanners or pick sheets
• Load and unload trucks, ensuring product is handled properly
• Perform inventory moves, replenishment, and put-away tasks
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Conduct daily equipment inspections and report any issues
• Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of forklift experience (stand-up, sit-down, and cherry picker required)
• Previous warehouse, distribution, or logistics experience preferred
• Experience with RF scanners and WMS systems is a plus
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet throughout the shift
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Reliable transportation and good attendance

You should be proficient in:

• Material Handler Experience
• Forklift Licensed
• High School / GED
