Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Forklift Operator skilled in operating stand-up, sit-down, and cherry picker lifts. This role is critical to daily warehouse operations, ensuring materials are moved safely and efficiently while supporting shipping, receiving, and inventory functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate stand-up, sit-down, and cherry picker forklifts safely and efficiently
• Load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse or production area
• Pick orders accurately using RF scanners or pick sheets
• Perform put-away, replenishment, and staging of materials
• Inspect equipment daily and report any maintenance or safety issues
• Maintain inventory accuracy and assist with cycle counts as needed
• Follow all OSHA safety standards and company procedures
• Keep work areas clean and organized

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years of forklift experience required
• Proven experience operating stand-up, sit-down, and cherry picker lifts
• Forklift certification preferred (or ability to obtain)
• Experience with RF scanners and warehouse management systems is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet throughout the shift
• Reliable attendance, including availability for mandatory Saturday overtime when needed
• High school diploma or GED
