Forge Operator / Forger – Press Operator | $23.70/hr | 2nd or 3rd Shift

Job Summary

Revere Staffing Partners is hiring Forge Operators / Forgers (Press Operators) for a leading manufacturing facility in Meadville, PA.

This role involves forging, press operation, and hot metal forming in a heavy industrial environment. You will be working with heated steel, forging presses, and production equipment to produce high-quality components.

This is a physically demanding, high-heat environment — ideal for candidates with manufacturing, press, foundry, or heavy industrial experience.

What You’ll Do

Operate forging presses, hammers, and metal forming equipment
Load and position hot metal / steel into dies
Monitor production to ensure quality and proper formation
Perform visual inspections of finished parts
Assist with die changes, setups, and basic maintenance
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area
Follow all safety and production standards

What We’re Looking For

Experience in forging, press operation, manufacturing, or heavy industrial work preferred
Background in foundry, metal forming, or machine operation is a strong plus
Ability to handle physical work + hot environments
Reliable, safety-focused, and team-oriented
Willing to learn and grow in a long-term role
