Forge Operator / Forger – Press Operator | $23.70/hr | 2nd or 3rd Shift

Location: Meadville, PA

Job Summary

Revere Staffing Partners is hiring Forge Operators / Forgers (Press Operators) for a leading manufacturing facility in Meadville, PA.

This role involves forging, press operation, and hot metal forming in a heavy industrial environment. You will be working with heated steel, forging presses, and production equipment to produce high-quality components.

This is a physically demanding, high-heat environment — ideal for candidates with manufacturing, press, foundry, or heavy industrial experience.

What You’ll Do

• Operate forging presses, hammers, and metal forming equipment

• Load and position hot metal / steel into dies

• Monitor production to ensure quality and proper formation

• Perform visual inspections of finished parts

• Assist with die changes, setups, and basic maintenance

• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area

• Follow all safety and production standards

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in forging, press operation, manufacturing, or heavy industrial work preferred

• Background in foundry, metal forming, or machine operation is a strong plus

• Ability to handle physical work + hot environments

• Reliable, safety-focused, and team-oriented

• Willing to learn and grow in a long-term role
