**Pay:

**$28.00 - $34.00 depending on experience

**Hours:

** 2nd shift: 3:45pm - 12:15am, overtime is required

**(training will be on 1st shift for few weeks)

**Job Description: 2nd Shift Foreman

**

We are seeking a

**2nd Shift Foreman

** to oversee daily molding operations, support production goals, and ensure quality and safety standards are met. As an

**Responsibilities

**

• Supervise, coach, and train molding department employees during 2nd shift.

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex injection molding process and setup issues.

• Assign operators to production jobs and monitor workflow.

• Prepare production shift reports and attend shift change meetings.

• Ensure production goals, quality standards, and customer specifications are met.

• Adjust processing parameters as needed to optimize production.

• Coordinate with the maintenance team when equipment requires repair.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

• Ensure all approved work instructions and quality procedures are followed.

• Provide leadership that promotes teamwork, safety, and continuous improvement.

• Administer first aid and coordinate medical attention if workplace injuries occur.

• Perform mold and equipment maintenance as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.

• Minimum

  **5 years of plastic injection molding experience

  **.

• Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred.

• **Strong troubleshooting skills with injection molding processes.

  **

• Excellent communication and basic math skills.

• Ability to lead, motivate, and work effectively with a diverse team.

• **Being bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.

  **

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 80 lbs.

• Ability to stand for extended periods.

• Comfortable working in a warm manufacturing environment.

• Willingness to work overtime as needed.
