Hardscaping & Landscaping Projects

We are a growing hardscaping and landscaping company specializing in high-end residential outdoor spaces. We are looking for an experienced Foreman to lead onsite execution for one project at a time.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who knows the work and can lead a small crew with confidence.

What You’ll Do

• Lead daily onsite operations for assigned project

• Manage and direct a crew of 3 to 4 team members

• Read and execute project plans with accuracy

• Perform and oversee installation work including pavers, patios, footers, trenching, and drainage

• Operate equipment as needed

• Ensure work is completed to quality and timeline standards

• Maintain a clean and organized job site at the end of each day

• Communicate daily progress, updates, and issues to the Project Manager

• Follow and update project schedules using JobTread (training provided if needed)

• Mentor and develop crew members by teaching proper techniques and processes

What You Bring

• Proven experience in hardscaping and landscaping (pavers, patios, drainage, grading, etc.)

• Ability to read and interpret construction plans

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Willingness to be hands-on every day

• Experience leading small crews

• Comfort using or learning mobile project management tools

Schedule

Typical hours: 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM (varies by project)
