Job Summary

We are seeking experienced Shop Foremen and Construction Foremen to lead crews, coordinate daily operations, and ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring strong communication skills, the ability to manage personnel, and a willingness to work alongside your team when needed.

Candidates may come from construction, fabrication, manufacturing, structural steel, industrial, commercial, utility, concrete, or related industries.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of field or shop personnel
• Assign work, monitor productivity, and ensure quality standards are met
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and project specifications
• Coordinate materials, equipment, and manpower requirements
• Conduct safety meetings and enforce company safety procedures
• Monitor project timelines and communicate progress to management
• Train and mentor employees on proper work practices
• Troubleshoot issues and resolve problems in real time
• Maintain accurate job documentation and reporting
• Ensure projects are completed on time and within company standards

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Foreman, Leadman, Supervisor, or Crew Leader
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Experience coordinating multiple employees and subcontractors
• Ability to read blueprints and construction drawings preferred
• Knowledge of construction methods, fabrication, manufacturing, or industrial operations
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to work overtime as needed
