Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve food items in accordance with established recipes and standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas.
• Assist in the setup and breakdown of food service stations.
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests and addressing their needs.
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe dining environment.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during service hours.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the kitchen manager or supervisor.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in food service or a related field is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
• Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
