SUMMARY: This job is responsible for ensuring compliance with quality standards of products produced.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Production paperwork verification.
• Production floor checks.
• Performing GMP and housekeeping audits.
• Responsible for Team Member food safety training.
• Work activities are variable and require judgment to complete tasks such as setting priorities, evaluating results, and coordinating with others.
• This position is responsible for food safety food quality and legality.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Education: High School diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience: 2 plus years in a food manufacturing environment preferably in an RTE environment. Prior supervisory experience preferred. HACCP certified preferred; must have broad knowledge of HACCP, USDA, GMP, SSOP s.
• Computer Skills: Basic computer skills for creating simple queries spreadsheets etc. SAP knowledge preferred.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills verbal and written; bilingual a plus.
• Supervisory: This position is responsible for supervising a small group of personnel who perform somewhat similar tasks.
• Must reside in the United States to be considered.
