NW Industrial Staffing is currently seeking a Food Production Support Associate for a family-owned manufacturing company that specializes in dairy products. Located on the outskirts of Eugene, OR. This is a great opportunity for people looking to move into food manufacturing or elevate their career in food manufacturing with a company that makes healthy food in the right way.

What we are seeking:

• 1+ year of recent work experience in production for food service.
• Experience working at a fast pace with an extended period of standing.
• Ability to follow and maintain an organized workplace.
• A great eye for detail during filling, sealing, and packaging
• Previous experience labeling, boxing, and organizing finished product for storage.
• Ability to operate equipment safely and effectively
• Previous experience handling chemicals and cleaners used in the sanitation process is preferred.
• Great communication skills, both verbal and in writing, for maintaining accurate records of safety protocols
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Can bend, stand, stoop, push, pull, and crawl for a 12-hour shift.
• Proven safety-conscious performance in previous roles.
• Great attendance, punctuality, and attitude.
• Reliable Transportation. ( This position is not compatible with bus routes)

JOB DETAILS:

• Location: Eugene, OR. 97402
• Shift: Days
• Schedule: Thursday - Saturday
• Hours: 4:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
• Pay: $20/h
