Responsibilities

• 1st and 2nd Shift Availible
• Operate and monitor production line equipment to ensure smooth and efficient operation.
• Follow food safety and quality standards throughout the production process.
• Assist in the packaging and labeling of finished products.
• Conduct routine checks on product quality and report any discrepancies.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to sanitation guidelines.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Participate in training sessions and safety meetings as required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in food production or manufacturing is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle repetitive tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if needed.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
