Job Summary

We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Spray Foam Insulation Technician to join our team. This role involves installing spray polyurethane foam insulation in residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate has experience in insulation, construction, coatings, or roofing and is comfortable working in attics, crawlspaces, and outdoor environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Install spray foam insulation according to manufacturer specifications and company standards
• Prepare job sites, including masking, covering surfaces, and ensuring proper ventilation
• Operate and maintain spray foam equipment (hoses, proportioners, spray guns)
• Monitor temperature, pressure, and material output for proper application
• Perform surface preparation including cleaning and sealing areas before application
• Follow all safety procedures, including proper use of PPE (respirators, suits, gloves)
• Work in confined spaces such as attics, crawlspaces, and wall cavities
• Communicate with team members and supervisors to ensure job completion on schedule
• Maintain a clean and organized job site

Qualifications

• Previous experience in spray foam insulation preferred, but not required
• Experience in construction, insulation, roofing, painting, or coatings is a plus
• Ability to operate or learn spray equipment and tools
• Comfortable working at heights and in tight or hot environments
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly
• Ability to stand, kneel, bend, and climb for extended periods
• Comfortable working in hot conditions and confined spaces
