Position Summary/Objective
This position is responsible for providing copy/print production, mail services, and other customer services at various client sites throughout the Columbus area depending on the designated need. This job offers the opportunity to gain extensive skills in the copy/print/mail center industry and the ability to "float" between locations on a regular basis.
Essential Functions

- Manages all aspects of document imaging, including: Scanning, coding, printing, indexing, retrieval, filing, and archiving
- Copier/print equipment, mail equipment and software
- Adapted to varying work environments easily and quickly, ranging from warehouse to professional service and office atmospheres.
- Provides customer service meeting or exceeding standards set by management
- Quality control monitors and timeliness of job completion
- Assisted location by FM department scheduling needs, in excellent customer service and execution of job responsibilities.
- Customer understanding needs/expectations and communications with other associates and management in order to meet these expectations.
- Collaborate professionally with each customer site's team while taking direction from the Resource Center Manager to accomplish site-specific goals.
Supportive Functions
- Scaled customer issues directives to FM Resource Center Managers and/or Regional Operations Manager
- Opportunities for change and improvement in customer experience/production practices
- Other duties as assigned
Organizational Relations
This position does not have supervisory responsibilities.
