Skilled Flux Core Welders – 2nd & 3rd Shift!

Position Summary: In this role, you’ll perform precision welding on large metal parts, ensuring strength, durability, and compliance with engineering and quality standards.

Essential Functions:

• Able to produce high quality welds

• Grinding and prepping parts based on drawings and verbal instructions

• UsingFCAW and SMAW with full proficiency

• Welding with larger wire sizes across various applications

• Setting and adjusting welding parameters for optimal performance

• Reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED

• 3+ years of fabrication and structural welding experience

• Strong skills inSMAW, FCAW, and GMA

• Ability to work in teams and independently

• A strong commitment to safety and quality craftsmanship

You should be proficient in:

• Blueprint Reading

Machines & technologies you'll use:

• SMAW Welder
• Flux-Cored Arc Welder
