Responsibilities:
Mastermind behind leading and developing our Blue Crew Flooring Install Team.
You’ll craft training agendas, lead crew meetings, and ensure that everyone has the right tools and equipment to do their job well.
When it comes to our sub crews, you’ll be the one keeping everything running smoothly. You’ll recruit new talent, build a strong bench of qualified installers, and make sure they’re always in the know with new products, methods, and tips for success. Building relationships with subcontractors is key, ensuring they feel like a valued part of the Drexel Team.
As the guardian of quality, you’ll ensure that every installation meets Drexel standards, enforcing processes and ensuring every job is completed on time and with perfection. When things don’t go as planned, you’ll step in, solve problems quickly, and hold people accountable.
You’ll also keep an eye on the market, adjusting sub-installation payouts to stay competitive and fair.
Additionally, you’ll collaborate with the merchant team to make sure we’re always stocked with the right materials for smooth installations.
In this role, you'll need to bring a blend of leadership, problem-solving skills, and relationship-building to the table. You’ll be a critical thinker who’s not afraid to make tough decisions and is always committed to quality.
