Job Type: Contract

Work Arrangement: 100% Onsite

Pay Rate: $15.00–$17.00/Hr. On W2

Shift: 12-hour rotating 2-2-3 schedule (Days and Nights)

Job Summary

• We are seeking dependable and hardworking Floor Technicians to support manufacturing and production operations at a large-scale manufacturing facility in Inwood, WV. The ideal candidates will assist with material preparation, production equipment operation, product assembly, quality inspections, and general manufacturing activities.
• Candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment, following safety procedures, troubleshooting basic production issues, and working rotating day and night shifts.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, assemble, and load materials required for manufacturing and production operations.

• Operate and monitor production equipment according to established procedures.

• Perform routine quality checks and inspect finished products for defects.

• Identify and troubleshoot basic equipment or production-related issues.

• Maintain accurate production, inventory, and material records.

• Monitor production processes to ensure quality and productivity standards are met.

• Package finished products and prepare materials for further processing.

• Maintain clean and organized production floors and work areas.

• Handle and segregate scrap and waste materials according to safety guidelines.

• Follow all workplace safety, quality, and environmental procedures.

• Communicate production updates, material shortages, and equipment issues to supervisors.

• Support daily manufacturing activities to ensure smooth production operations.

Required Qualifications

• 0–3 years of manufacturing, production, warehouse, or industrial experience.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

• Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

• Experience with material handling, inventory management, or material preparation is preferred.

• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.

• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical production-related tasks.

• Willingness to work a rotating 12-hour 2-2-3 schedule, including days and nights.

Work Schedule

• 12-hour rotating 2-2-3 shift schedule.

• Rotation between day and night shifts.

• Manufacturing operations run 24/7.

• Full-time onsite position.
