Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Floor Supervisor to lead daily operations within a manufacturing/production environment. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for overseeing production teams, ensuring workflow efficiency, and maintaining quality and safety standards.

This is NOT a warehouse position—candidates must have prior supervisory experience in a production or manufacturing setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct daily production floor activities
• Assign work and ensure production goals and deadlines are met
• Monitor team performance and provide coaching and feedback
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company standards
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement solutions quickly
• Coordinate workflow to maintain efficiency and minimize downtime
• Train and develop team members
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized production environment
• Communicate effectively with management and other departments

Qualifications

• Required: Previous supervisory experience in a manufacturing or production environment
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• High school diploma or equivalent required

Work Environment

• Manufacturing/production floor setting
• Requires standing, walking, and physical activity throughout shift
• PPE required as needed
